We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the site, under confidentiality obligations:
- Formspree — processes contact-form submissions and forwards them to us.
- Cloudflare — hosts and delivers the website.
Some providers may store or process information outside Québec or Canada. Where that is the case, we take reasonable steps to ensure the information receives an adequate level of protection.
Retention
We keep the information collected through the contact form only as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship, after which it is deleted or anonymized in accordance with our obligations.
Safeguards
We apply reasonable physical, organizational, and technological measures to protect personal information against loss, theft, and unauthorized access or disclosure.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to: access the personal information we hold about you; have it corrected; withdraw your consent; and, in certain cases, request its deletion or de-indexing.
